Hydro Generator は、1998年にDJとして活動を始め、2003年よりLive Actを行うDJ Toruのソロプロジェクト。USTA Records（イスラエル）、ELF MUSIC（日本）、Ovnimoon Records（チリ）、Mosaico Records（ブラジル）などからリリース経験を持つ。現在Hinowa Recordingsレーベル運営を並行し、”V.A./Sunburst” などアルバムやコンピレーションを多数制作している。
今回満を持してMatsuri Digitalからリリースされる本作品は、古き良き時代のサイケデリックトランスのバイブスを感じさせるハイパワートラック。骨太かつアッパーなダンスチューンを好むダンサーに特にオススメの作品。
